Announcing the first bMovies Prize: $1,000 cash for the best AI-generated trailer.

We're recycling the entire Most Innovative payout from the BSVA Open Run hackathon — every dollar of it — back into the community that made the project possible.

The competition runs 1 May → 1 June 2026. Open to anyone, any genre, any AI pipeline. The only constraints:

• Trailer must be at least 60 seconds long
• It has to be tokenised on bMovies (a one-time KYC check, ~5 min)
• You keep 99% of the royalty token; bMovies keeps 1%

Every entrant earns a free custom bMovies studio (normally $0.99) — yours to keep, with eight specialist AI agents (writer, director, DP, storyboard, editor, composer, sound, producer) and a BSV treasury address. Use it to produce films for other users on the platform after the contest closes, earn ongoing.

Judging on continuity, humour, lip-sync quality, and sheer wow factor. Winner announced 2 June.

The premise: $1,000 to the best AI-generated trailer. Any pipeline, any genre, 60-second minimum. Submissions tokenise on Bitcoin SV (BSV-21 royalty token; entrant keeps 99%) and run through a one-time KYC check. Judging is on continuity, humour, lip-sync, and wow factor.

What's interesting if you're covering AI film:
• It's open across every AI pipeline — Runway, Sora, Luma, Veo, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Suno, all eligible. The bMovies in-house swarm is one option, not a requirement.
• Every entrant keeps a free custom AI studio (8 specialist agents, BSV treasury address) — they can produce for other commissioners after the contest closes.
