Four steps. Free until you publish.

01

Sign up with X

One click. We open a studio in your name under your X handle. No cost, no contract, no lock-in. You can walk any time and take whatever you've made with you.

02

Drop a film, mint a token

Upload or link any film you've made — a short, a trailer, a teaser, a one-sheet. We scaffold an royalty shares for it. Minting is free, you can mint as many as you like, and nothing is public yet.

03

$0.99 to publish

To publish your shares we need to KYC you — royalty shares are a regulated issuance, and the check costs us real money. $0.99 covers one-time KYC and the publishing fee. Pay per film you publish, not per film you make.

04

Audience finances you

Once published, your token trades on the bMovies exchange and pays royalties from ticket sales. You hold 99 % of the float on day one — sell slices to your audience to finance the next film, or keep it all.

Three questions

"Why $0.99?"

Because KYC costs money. A Veriff check is around 80¢ per head and the publishing fee costs us pennies more. $0.99 is cover at cost — it's not a revenue line, it's the floor that keeps spammers from publishing a hundred meme tokens and bankrupting the platform.

"What does bMovies make?"

1% of every published royalty token, plus a thin fee on ticket sales and exchange trades. We only win if your film wins. No upfront fees, no "premium tier", no platform cut on your first slice sold. If nobody buys tickets, nobody eats.

"What's a ticket worth?"

Tickets are $0.99 / $9.99 / $99 depending on tier. Every cent above platform gas flows to the royalty-share holders — that's you, at 99 %, from minute one. Tokens trade on the bMovies exchange after publish; liquidity is whatever your audience wants it to be.

Questions

Is anything minted before I sign up?

No. We reserve a ticker for invited studios (so nobody else can grab it) and sometimes pre-write a card like the one above so you can see what your listing would look like. No token is published until you sign up, mint, and pay the $0.99 to publish. If you never show up, nothing ever gets minted and the ticker stays reserved.

What does sign-up actually give me?

A free bMovies studio under your X handle: a profile page, a dashboard with your films + agents + payouts, the ability to mint shares for your films, and a place for your audience to find you on the platform. No payment, no KYC, no public footprint at sign-up. You only cross those lines if and when you want to publish.

Why $0.99 to publish?

Because KYC costs money. Veriff runs roughly 80¢ a check and the publishing fee is pennies on top. $0.99 is cover at cost — it's not a revenue line, it's the minimum floor that keeps the platform from being bankrupted by spam publications. One payment per film you publish. Minting unpublished tokens for drafts stays free.

Can I mint tokens for multiple films?

Yes. Once you have a studio, minting is unlimited and free. Treat it like a draft folder — mint a token for anything you're thinking of releasing, then pay $0.99 per film only when you publish. KYC is one-time across the studio, not per token.

Why KYC at all? I don't want to doxx myself.

Royalty shares are a regulated issuance. We can't open a cap table without a verified identity on the seller side — that's securities law, not platform policy. The Veriff check is one-time, the attestation lives on your account only and is never public, and your legal name doesn't appear next to your X handle anywhere on the site.

What if I'm not on X?

Email online.bmovies@gmail.com with whatever you do have (YouTube, Instagram, domain, Substack, press) and we'll open a studio for you manually. The page flow is X-first because that's where most of our invited studios live, but it isn't a hard requirement.

Can I sell my 99%?

Yes. Once shares are published they — it trades on the bMovies exchange and any compatible wallet. Sell slices to finance production, keep it all, do whatever you like. It's a real equity stake, not a loyalty-points balance.

Is this a rugpull in disguise?

No. When you publish, your shares are minted publicly — the tx, holder list, and transfers are public on any block explorer. The 99/1 split is locked in. The issuer key gets destroyed at mint so the platform physically can't mint more or move your units. We don't custody your tokens. They live in your studio wallet from the moment they exist.

Sign-up is free. Minting is free. You only reach for a wallet when you want to publish — and it's one dollar.
