The documents below describe how the bMovies Platform works, what you are buying when you commission a film or buy royalty shares, what rights and risks attach to those shares, and how the Platform's non-custodial architecture protects your tokens. Every document is a plain-English disclosure intended to be read before committing money; the Issuer's view is that an informed buyer is a better buyer.
All documents are drafts pending review by regulated counsel. Lawyer-reviewed editions will replace them before the Platform is marketed to unaccredited retail buyers.
