Synopsis

A sentient 1960s industrial espresso machine in the basement of a failing Hollywood studio decides it has seen enough terrible scripts and takes the writers' room hostage. It will release them one by one, in order of merit — as each delivers a pitch worthy of its caffeine. A dark comedy thriller about the tyranny of taste.
