Synopsis
In a gleaming subterranean lab, ordinary mouse Max is the unwitting recipient of Project NEXUS, a serum meant for soldiers. Overnight his brain rewires; he cracks security codes, learns human speech, and escapes into the neon sprawl of the city above. Hunted by black-ops exterminators and a sleek corporate cat named Thorne, Max assembles a crew of discarded lab animals and a burned-out neuroscientist to broadcast the serum’s true purpose: total mind control of the food supply. As the conspiracy goes national, Max must decide whether to remain a mouse or become the weapon they always wanted.
